Competence in pipes

LK Pex was founded in 1998 based on the LK Group decision to invest in pipe production capacity to supply other business units of the group with PE-Xa pipe products for floor heating and tap-water systems. In 2000, LK Pex started selling high quality PE-Xa pipes, manufactured in LK’s own production facility in Ulricehamn.

Since the small-scale start, LK Pex has continued to develop high in-house competence in pipe processing, crosslinking technology and tooling design. An increasing export market demand for high quality pipes made LK develop its strategy and expand the sales. LK Pex has since then grown to become a worldwide supplier of pipes to the heating and plumbing industry. LK Pex now produces millions of meters of pipes a year, ranging in sizes from 8 to 110 mm.
